PairPilot AI Privacy Policy
Effective August 26, 2026. PairPilot AI is operated by Storm And Me LLC. PairPilot is for adults 18 and older.
Data used to provide PairPilot
Depending on the features you use, PairPilot may process account information, date of birth for the adult age gate, profile details and prompts, approximate location and distance preferences, photos and other profile media, messages, Match DNA preferences and dealbreakers, match and date feedback, safety reports, verification status, calendar availability, reservation details, wardrobe items you explicitly upload, AI concierge requests, device-risk signals, subscription entitlements, and consent/audit records.
Private-by-default information
Exact birth date, exact location, private Match DNA/dealbreakers, wardrobe items, calendar credentials, and private AI notes are not shown to matches. PairPilot shares only the minimum preference envelope needed to coordinate a mutual date plan.
How data is used
We use data to authenticate users, enforce the 18+ gate, recommend compatible matches, deliver messaging and safety features, generate user-requested AI guidance, coordinate dates, prevent fraud and abuse, provide subscriptions, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
PairPilot may use Neon for database/authentication infrastructure, OpenAI for user-requested AI concierge and Drip Engine clothing-analysis features, Google services for maps/places/routes and optional calendar or sign-in features, reservation providers when a user explicitly requests booking, and Apple/Google for eligible in-app purchases. Binding reservations require separate explicit consent and PairPilot does not silently spend money.
Retention and deletion
You can permanently delete your account inside the app under You → Privacy & account → Delete account. Deleting the authentication account cascades deletion of the PairPilot profile and associated app data. Limited de-identified security or audit records may be retained when necessary for safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or law.
Your choices
You can edit or delete AI Match DNA insights, block or report users, control location precision, remove wardrobe items, disconnect calendar access, and delete your account. When you use the Drip Engine, only the wardrobe photo you explicitly choose is sent for clothing analysis; PairPilot does not analyze the person in the photo and never silently scans your full camera roll.
Security
PairPilot uses access controls, row-level security, encrypted transport, server-only credentials, and explicit consent checks for consequential actions. No system can guarantee absolute security.
